Provora ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
We collect the following information when you use Provora:
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure in the United States. Your inventory data, expenses, and photos are stored in a private database with row-level security — meaning only you can access your own data.
Item photos you upload are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket. Photos are only accessible to your account.
When you use the Flip Scanner, photos you take are sent to Anthropic's API (Claude) for item identification. These images are processed in real time and are subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy. We do not store your scan photos on Anthropic's servers — they are only used to generate the analysis result.
All subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Provora never stores your full payment card details. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains stored and accessible if you resubscribe. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing us.
