These Terms of Service govern your use of Provora. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Provora is a web-based reselling business tracker that provides inventory management, profit tracking, AI-powered item scanning, and related tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Your Account

• You must be 13 years or older to use Provora
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Provora offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription:

• Monthly plan — $9.99/month, billed monthly
• Annual plan — $79/year ($6.58/month), billed annually

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through the Manage Plan option in the app. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days.

4. Your Data

You own your data. Provora does not claim ownership of the inventory records, expenses, photos, or other content you enter. You can export your data at any time using the CSV Export feature.

You grant Provora a limited license to store, process, and display your data for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Use the Flip Scanner feature to scan items you do not intend to purchase legitimately
• Resell or sublicense access to Provora to others

6. AI Features

The Flip Scanner uses AI (Anthropic's Claude) to identify items and estimate prices. These estimates are for informational purposes only. Provora makes no guarantee as to the accuracy of AI-generated item identifications, price estimates, or eBay sold data. Always verify pricing before making purchasing decisions.

The Tax Summary feature provides estimates only and is not tax advice. Consult a licensed CPA before filing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Provora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any business losses, lost profits, or decisions made based on information in the app. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Provora after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes by email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
